Concerned Resident

Brand New Affordable Units, w/paid utilities included! Sounds desirable...However, shower water pressure too low! Willing to pay for "Hot" & "Increased " water pressure! Very noisy environment! Poorly constructed & lacks sufficient insulation! U constantly hear Residents activities nearby & afar! Corridor floors, sidewalks & grounds are filthy! Thus, ineffective Pest Control! Management & Maintenance should be concerned for Residents well-being! Not collecting "Rents" & "Leasing" only! Cannot... recommend to anyone under these poor conditions!

Why does the manager allow cigarettes to be smoked? Why are huge dogs allowed on property? Why are people allowed to have office on patio? First thing you see when you drive in. I am not a resident of your property i just am sharing what i have seen. Seems you have a lazy manager that does not walk your brand new property.
