The office staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful throughout my time here. It's a prime location nestled at the heart of downtown Berkeley. Given the option to extend my lease, I'm looking forward to continue living here.

It is quiet. Supermarkets & restaurants are within walking distance.

It's great living here. Great location and amenities. My only complaint is that noise travels through the vents and I can sometimes hear my neighbors, but they are not obnoxious.
