Amazing!
My husband and I love Garden Park! Grace, the property manager, is quick to respond and extremely helpful. The maintenance workers are timely and communicative, making any repairs / improvements easy.
The neighbors are kind and it's very walkable. I feel safe at any time during the day. The complex is spacious and doesn't feel like an apartment, but a home. I am very happy we decided to move here!

Good location, old plumbing
It’s a great location. Right by the main part of CV boulevard, Bart, etc.
The plumbing is so bad. There are water shut offs once a month most of the time a day or two notice but often emergency water shut offs the same day.
Random people come in and out of the property because everyone knows the code. Which resulted in mail theft. The solution? “Make sure to get your mail before someone steals it”.
There isn’t much street parking so this was a huge inconvenience.
Good location but poorly... operated and the owners are negligent fix major safety/ sanitary problems.

Nice apartment well managed.
The location is excellent, it's 2 minute walk to the BART Station, and 5 minutes walk to nearby supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The property is gated which is a big plus, and the property manager Luke is the best, he went above and beyond to help my son with all questions or any help that he might have needed. The property is clean and well managed, we are very happy to have found this place.
