Not Recommended AT ALL
388 Beale is run by a community that is solely interested in taking as much of your money as possible. Regardless of how you fill out your pre-move in inspection, clean the apartment before moving out, or how you maintain the apartment, their goal is to add as many charges as possible at the end (which you are not present for and cannot dispute), and take all of that money from your deposit in order to ensure you get none of it back. It is sleazy and underhanded and I was extremely disappointed... to have gone through this experience recently.
