Terribly managed

The photos are of units not available. Shows ceiling fans but are only available in 3 bedroom units (which aren't for rent) "Sparkling pool" has been green and filled with misc objects for 3 months. No onsite management and takes 3-4 weeks to get a response from current "management company" if you can get a response at all. Moved in 5 months ago and they have still neglected to address issues from move in report. FPI is quick to accept online rental payments but little else. Save yourself the... cash and headache.
