Nice, quiet and affordable apartments outside of the downtown student zone in North Chico. There's a pool, a recreation room with billiards, a workout room and a pin-pong table. The two-bedroom apartments include a washer and dryer off the dining room. One bedroom units use an on-site laundromat near the pool. Management is generally responsive to issues but not intrusive.
