Nice, quiet and affordable apartments outside of the downtown student zone in North Chico. There's a pool, a recreation room with billiards, a workout room and a pin-pong table. The two-bedroom apartments include a washer and dryer off the dining room. One bedroom units use an on-site laundromat near the pool. Management is generally responsive to issues but not intrusive. The neighborhood is generally quiet and it's about a one mile walk to shopping. Rent is approximately $850 for a two... bedroom, and the one bedrooms are probably about $650 by now. Water is paid by the property owner, other utilities are not. At least one bus-stop is in the general vicinity and it's about a mile to the nearest freeway on-ramp. Lee mas
