THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE STATING I AM ONLY COVERING A SHIFT & THE NEW MANAGER IS SO GROSS. IN A MONTH THEY HAVE CHANGED TWO TIMES OF MANAGERS AND WHEN A NEW MANAGER COMES I NEED TO START OVER WITH THE REPORT, DO NOT RENT HERE!

GREENBRIER APTS...
DONT HAVE 2 CARS.... PARKING IS HORRIBLE. THERE ARE 24 HOUR SPOTS FOR RESIDENTS THAT BROKEN DOWN CARS JUST SIT THERE FOR MONTHS AT A TIME (OFFICE DOES NOT TO HELP). THE OFFICE STAFF IS UNKNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PROPERTY. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE STATING I AM ONLY COVERING A SHIFT. I RARELY GET ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS. LEAVING THIS COMPLEX WAS THE BEST DECISION I MADE. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Greenbrier Apartments
This complex is a gem compared to other places in the area. Allows pets, very clean environment, a cozy 647sf 1b/1ba (can opt for a 2b/2ba) with a patio in a quiet gated community. Not far at all from public transport, shopping, food, and freeways! The only noise I ever hear is kids playing in the pool during the summer, unlike my old place where I was calling the cops every other night for parties or people screaming. You won't find anything better in Chula Vista, especially at this price! ... Definitely a great find!

All ages in peace
This is the perfect apartment complex if you want easy accessibility to the trolley station, bus stop, and plazas at a convenient walking distance. It has a pool and a generous amount of space for your pets to be walked. The noise level is minimum and other than the horrible gates, it is the perfect place for a serene life style.
