If your planning to move in this complex, het ready to enter HELL. Alejandra, na building manager is not a people person as well at the secretary, the facility is infested by critters and cockroaches . the maintenace people are so hard to communicate bec. of the language barriers. RENT INCREASE EVERY YEAR and its not justifiable. NEVER COME TO TIS PLACE PLEASE IF YOU DONT WANT A HEADACHE AFTER> . To the management of Sunridge PLEASE change alejandra and the secretary for a new one . i... guarantee you. this place needs a staff make OVER!!

Sun Ridge Apartments Horrible Complex
This apartment complex consistently has garbage surrounding the grounds, discarded and dead animals laying around (mainly cats), loud music, people hanging out in the overcrowded parking lot, tenants walking down the street throwing their garbage on the homeowners lawns, and constant police activity. Not a good sign when they have monogrammed parking just for the local police department in their parking lot. Zero control over the criminal element they rent to. Management does not answer the... phone. They should tear the infested building down, put in a decent building, and do better background checks on the renters so that Concord CA can thrive, not become a hideaway for criminals.

dont move here!
I hate this place. It is dirty and has bugs. The parking is really bad also. U only get one parking space and all the other guest parking is always full.

Sunridge Apartments
We have 3 pools in this apartment and we are only allowed to swim in one because the inspectors felt that the other 2 pools were not safe to swim in.
The only playground (play area) we have is not open due to the slide being broken (going on 2 years now) and they have not fixed it.
We have had 3-4 apartment managers change In a year and they keep getting worse and worse.
We are not allowed to have nothing at all on our balconys, no music during my the day because it disrupts our neighbors... .
Maintenance does not fix anything in our apartment when we need it needs to be done right away. We end up reminding them 3 or 4 times.
