Poor Management Hidden and Increasing Fees Poor Facilities
Honestly would give it a Zero Star if able. New management and practices are borderline terrible avoid moving here, they dog n pony show with cheap ice cream n pizza, and turn around increase all their fees charges and insurance requirements by more than 300%. I had a duplicate payment submited between two transactions one of them was just $2 transaction, this was n OVER payment not even a late payment just an extra payment reversed for a total of $50 the office smiles and cheerfully laughed... "well thats not our fault" as they advised they would not budge on the fees and proceeded to bill me $50 and revoked all online access to my Renters Portal.... Katrina at the front desk was laughing on the phone, I advised ill get my moneys worth, and Katrina stated " I should reconsider stealing from their properties" which honestly low class an un professional, requested manager call back, no call back...
On top of that Gates dont work, 1 security gaurd with no patrols, Elevators Dont work F building press the button 30-40 times to get it to work.. Fitness Centers/Pools/BBqs frequently closed, a very poor trash valet. Enjoy all your neighbors trash rotting in the sun, the trash valet is mandatory and very inconsistent, 6pm bring over dinner guest show them the rat food. This place used to have nice decor fountains and plants, all removed and no and more resembles prison with plain cement monotone color and metal railings. They do nothing about sound/noise pollution. This new management is terrible all around no customer service no empathy. 5 years here and this is the last. Oh yeah the mail theft is out of control, but thats probably your least worry here. 0/5 stars if possible.

We are sorry to hear that some of our modern upgrades have not been to your taste. Our design committee spent months determining our new design and upgrades, which may not be immediately visible. Our landscaping upgrades align with our mission of green and eco-friendly living, as they are drought-tolerant and utilize drip irrigation.
We ask that if our VIP residents notice an area of our community that requires additional service or cleaning, they reach out to our team immediately. Our maintenance team is top-notch, and it would be their pleasure to promptly look into any service request.
