Horrible communication and I’m just trying to tour the place.
There wasn’t a experience because your staff is horrible with communication. I never received a message or a call back as to which apartment I’m supposed to be touring nor any info as to how to get in. I’ve left tons of messages with the office letting them know I have an appointment and I never got any reply. My husband and I both experienced the same thing when he made an appointment to try and visit this location. Which is sad because we really like the place from the looks of it on line. I... wish I could say the same for in person but unfortunately I can’t because we never go to visit. But after reading these reviews I guess it was a blessing in disguise’s that we didn’t see this place.

Just don’t.
I’ve read every review and had a gut feeling to keep looking elsewhere but despite our better judgement we signed and I am counting the days my lease ends. The apartments are remodeled but poorly poorly insulated. You can literally hear your neighbors walking above your head, the walls are paper thin, I hear my neighbors opening and closing their cabinets, the garbage shoots are filthy, people pile trash in them and leave trash all over the floor, the stairwells are nasty and smell, the... elevators break down all the time and the nice delivery lockers aren’t used because half the time delivery companies cannot enter the building so they’ll leave them outside in front of the building doors or throw them on top of the mailboxes where anyone can take them.
The laundry room in small , the gym is open a few hours a day and honestly that’s it. If you’re going to move here don’t get anything below the 4th floor. You’ll be hearing running , stomping , squeaky floors , doors slam , bathroom fans , fighting and arguing.
Also they claim to have security patrol , I’ve been here a while and have yet to see security and they don’t even answer.
Front desk does nothing don’t believe any selling points unless they give them to you in writing and if you complain it’ll go unnoticed.

I would give it no stars if I could
1. The security is horrible. my car was vandalized, almost stolen, and basically destroyed. Then, on a separate occasion, my plate and tag were stolen.
2. The management is very unhelpful. When we signed our lease, we were told that we could buy another parking pass since we had a 2 bedroom place. however, after we moved in a d my car was destroyed, they told me that they didn't have any available passes even though there are literally hundreds of empty spots.
3. It always has construction,... sewers maintenance, water maintenance, or some other thing going on to disturb you. Our water has been cut off from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. monday-Friday for almost 2 months ongoing which is really frustrating. they've also been doing construction of some sort in the lobby area and causing a huge disturbance during the day which makes it hard to sleep because of the hours I work.
4. we couldn't even park in our assigned spot for one of our cars because they had some sort of sidewalk construction going on and their construction crew took our parking spot which is just ridiculous.
5. our dishwasher doesn't work and nobody will come fix it. Also, the laundry facilities definitely are a pain because their dryers are horrible so it costs almost $30 to run a few loads of clothes. Our drain for our porch is also broke so when it rains, our balcony floods.
6. The fire department has to come out like 3 or 4 times a month in the middle of the night because of how often fire alarms randomly go off at all hours of the night.
overall, a horrible experience and I cannot wait to move out! I wouldn't live here again if somebody paid me to!

Theft, poor maintenance and management
I was a resident at Del Norte Place for a year and a half. The location is great, but the management company leaves much to be desired.
THEFT: Within 1 month, an arsonist set fire to the laundry room twice, someone broke into my car (and 6 other cars in the apartment complex's parking lot), and my bike was stolen from inside the locked courtyard. The only response from the front office was "sorry to hear that." There is a courtesy patrol in the evenings, but it seems far from effective.
POOR... MAINTENANCE: The response to maintenance issues was generally quick (within 2 days), but I often had to re-submit issues 2-3 times before maintenance would truly fix the issue. As one example, my ceiling was leaking when it rained, and the repairman supposedly fixed it twice before a third (actually effective) repair weeks after the initial problem.
POOR MANAGEMENT: When attempting to negotiate my lease renewal with the regional manager, he failed to return several phone calls and voicemails I left him. I had no choice but to sign before my renewal deadline. After I signed, the manager was then suddenly available to speak with me. In another case, the building's fire alarms were malfunctioning and would go off many times in a row. Sometimes, this happened for more than an hour at a time. Other times, it happened at 3 or 4 am. The issue was not fixed for at least 2 months. Management clearly fails to respond to such issues within a reasonable time frame.

OK apartments
Very dark apartments and the BART train is very loud. Also not so clean. I guess you get what you pay for.
