I love living at Element 79. It is a beautiful apartment complex in a beautiful active neighborhood.
The one problem is how often the parking garage doors are broken. It would be nice to have a walk in entrance on the back side of the garage (on Vine) so you don't need to make the doors go up/down to walk in. Plus when it is broken, you can still walk in the garage without having to walk all the way around.
