• Master Bedroom ($2000): Huge space (practically 1/4 of the home) with private bath, dual vanity, bathtub, shower, large walk-in closet, personal gas fireplace, new carpet, and backyard access. Current tenant who lives in the second upstairs bedroom is a quiet, friendly Navy veteran who works in the medical field. He has two cats that stay in his room.

Rooms are available the first week of April. Some tenant screenings and a security deposit required. Military preferred (the home is 5-7 min to the Fallbrook gate entering Camp Pendleton) but also very close to the high school and middle school. Trained pets only considered on a case-by-case basis and will require an extra deposit. Tenants are responsible for splitting utilities amongst themselves, but owner covers solar, HOA, quarterly pest control, landscaping and a portion of water costs to maintain landscaping.
