The other upstairs bedroom was just rented to another tenant who is active duty military. The downstairs bedroom that is across the way from the master was just rented to a marine veteran who works for a real estate company in Fallbrook. All current tenants work outside of the home.




Room is available for immediate move in. Some tenant screenings and a $1000 security deposit required. Military preferred (the home is 5-7 min to the Fallbrook gate entering Camp Pendleton) but it is also very close to the high school and middle school. Trained pets only considered on a case-by-case basis and will require an extra deposit. Tenants are responsible for splitting utilities amongst themselves, but owner covers solar, HOA, quarterly pest control, landscaping and a portion of water costs to maintain landscaping.
