It is being offered at $2300 per Month with a 6-Month Lease Term to start and a one-year renewal option thereafter for a Single Occupant only or $2500 per Month for a Couple.
Security Deposit of $2300 or $2500, depending on occupancy, will be due at time of acceptance offer.
The first month’s rent, in full, will be due on or before the lease start date.
The second month’s rent will be prorated accordingly and due on the 1st of the second month.

A single smaller to medium-sized pet, primarily indoor only, may be considered, upon owner approval and on a Case By Case Basis please note. Not all pets may be considered, certain breed restrictions for homeowners insurance may apply, so please ask ahead if you would like us to check on your pet ahead of applying or if you have any questions regarding this, as your application may be denied on pet/s if not approved for consideration in advance, Thank you. Additional security deposit amount of $500 per pet will be required IF Accepted. Please note this guest home unit does not have a fenced yard space, nor is the property fenced, there is a below ground pool on the property, and wildlife can enter the property easily and do from time to time, so therefore only select situations where a pet is concerned will be considered concerning this rental unit and shared private property.

This is an absolutely No Smoking Home and Property, Thank you.

Appliances Included are: Two-Burner Electric Induction Hot Plate, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Blender, Full Size Refrigerator, and shared Washer and Dryer units and access, W/D are located upstairs near the guest home entrance and are available to the tenant with weekend times from 6 am to 2 pm.

Landscaping and Pool Service are provided and paid for by owners.

Please note that only tenant/s listed on the lease agreement will be allowed backyard and pool access and guest home privileges. Overnight guests will be limited to 3 nights in a row unless permission is given otherwise and in advance by the owners. Quiet hours will be respected for all on this shared property between 10 pm and 8 am. No parties and the Jacuzzi will not be heated.

This home will come with a portable A/C unit, has a wall-mounted heater in the single bedroom, and is on Septic, please note any stoppages or clogs will be the tenant’s responsibility during the lease, be careful what goes down all drains.

This home will also come with an AT&T Internet and Spectrum Cable TV connection, Firestick accepted, but any additional services or higher speeds as may be needed or desired will be the tenant's responsibility. So please call your Internet or TV providers ahead of time to make sure they can and will serve this address if interested, it is your responsibility to check on this before applying or signing a lease, Thank you.

Please note there is no on-site mailbox for this guest home unit or property, so an off-site PO Box or other mode for mail collection will be necessary for the tenant to enlist and will be at their own expense to do so.

A Renter’s Insurance Policy will be required on behalf of the tenant/s residing in the home. And owners and/or mgmt will be required to be listed as an additionally noted / insured on the policy.

Please note the owner or us as the mgmt. may require a few extra days before the scheduled move-in date for a final once-over cleaning and wipe-down detail of the home to be performed.

We are happy to supply a sample lease agreement to you ahead of time, just ask. Please note your final lease agreement may include additional disclosures and/or addenda as needed and with regards to the home and property. But the lease in and of itself will be much like the one we will later supply to you to review ahead of signing. Thank you!
