Utilities Not Included, which will be tenant responsibility, are: Electric through SDG&E, guest home unit has separate meter and panel.

Any questions regarding utilities, please ask before applying, it is the applicants’/tenants’ responsibility to satisfy themselves with all questions and clarifications they may have or need before proceeding.

This home has a centrally located gas wall-mounted heater unit and a portable window-installed AC unit in the living room (no owner warranty). This home is on Sewer, please note any stoppages or clogs will be the tenant’s responsibility during the lease, be careful what goes down all drains.

Please note a shared and single mailbox is located at the street and gated front entrance and the owners will deliver to the mailbox at the guest home's front door any of the tenant's mail, or the tenant is welcome to get an off-site PO Box of their own. Please note: The tenant will not be given access or a key to the main home's mailbox.

Basic home internet through Spectrum with Wifi Password to be provided and cable box provided by the owner. Please note any additional services, faster speeds, or other desired add-ons will be the tenant's responsibility and expense.
