Poor design, old out dated appliances, toilet flush will never be good enough to clear your poop.
Then there is ongoing an issue with Prostitution and Drugs. This also brings police to the complex lot more than other places.
If you have service request, don't assume that they will pay attention. They don't care. I lived at building 14.
Just don't live here.

I have lived here for almost two years and I can’t wait to move. The staff here is awful, they are lazy and unfriendly. It takes several attempts to get them to take care of complaints, concerns or maintenance requests. They act as though they can’t be bothered. These are luxury apartments that cost the same as a mortgage, but yet the staff treats tenants as if we are nothing but a nuisance. I wouldn’t never recommend this community to anyone. The staff here is the worst, don’t ever expect... anything to get taken care of unless you contact them repeatedly, then maybe it will take about a week or longer. Spend your hard earned money where the staff actually cares!

Staff is very Rude. They never treat residents well.These days so many bikes ?? stolen from our society but they r not doing anything.They said we can not do anything don’t put your bike in the patio .

In general this place has gone down hill in the last two years with poor communications and no concerns on the renters.

The Waterford Place Apartments are a great place to live. They are a calm, quiet, and very roomy. They have mateince, a pool, a gym, recreational center, and much more. They are also close to the freeway and many resources.
