Affordable and Quite

My favorite thing about this complex is that the community is very quite, you rarely hear anything through the walls, and for someone who's lived in a lot of apartments that's HUGE!

The apartments do get pretty warm in the summer, especially the back rooms (bedroom, bathroom)

The maintenance staff addresses your issues in a timely manner.

Location is great, right next to the 2 and 1 block away from a nice grocery store

Gated parking is nice, wont be able to park a big vehicle easily in the… spots provided, but if you have a medium to smaller sized car you'll be fine.
