So far, I love how quiet and peaceful the community is. It's also very clean and the convenience of the stores and restaurants downstairs are great! Staff is very nice and helpful.

I just moved into this apartment complex, and overall, I’m very pleased. The management team is friendly and welcoming, and the staff is professional and attentive. The amenities and environment make living here enjoyable.
The only minor issues I’ve noticed so far are that the ventilation system is a bit noisy and the electric ignition on the grill in the common area doesn’t seem to be working. I hope these can be addressed soon, but they don’t take away from my positive experience overall.

Rent is too high, elevators never work, maintenance is very good, leasing office staff is mostly nice, cleaning staff is awesome. Amenities are good, given elevators never work though they shouldn’t keep raising the rent until they fix the place. The rent goes up every year elevator in buiding has been out for over 5 years. (Not kidding). The one remaining elevator that is working breaks down frequently and takes forever given people are waiting on it to get to work while folks are trying to... move in and out. It’s ridiculous and then they jack up the rent
