I recently moved into Arrive Wakaba and found the staff, particularly Ariel and Mihai, very helpful and responsive throughout the whole moving in process from tour to getting my keys! The amenities are incredible here, but I think what makes this place stand out are the incredible upgrades to the rooms, including keyless locks, great appliances, Amazon hub, lockers, nest thermostats, and convenient app experience for paying rent. I’m super happy to be at Wakaba and look forward to the months... ahead as a new resident!

I've been living at the Wakaba for four years and it's been a fantastic experience. The amenities are wonderful and the building is clean, secure, and quiet. Can't beat the location in Little Tokyo. I highly recommend this spot to anyone interested in living in downtown LA.

Spacious and large apartments located in the center of Little Tokyo and within walking distance of DTLA, Chinatown, and Union Station! Property is always clean and has great amenities like a gym and work/study area. Management team is fairly quick to respond. Only downside is that it can be noisy, especially if you live in an apartment facing the streets.
