I am extremely happy living at Serenity for the last five years. Despite the initial rocky start of Greystar staff turn over, the present team under Caitlynne’s leadership including office and maintenance staff for the last three years has been stable , friendly , accommodating and exceptional ! The grounds and amenities are well maintained now and it is a safe and beautiful environment. Highly recommend !

Beware of this place. They ignore emergency maintenance requests of they don't think it is important and will not call you about it. The office will say things will be checked/fixed before you move in and that won't happen.

This is a beautiful setting location and the current staff are wonderful and very accommodating .
The entire team lead by Caitlynne including Kevin, Jose , Crystal , Vanessa, Maria, are very accessible and work hard to make steady and great improvements this property ! Thank you !
