The apartment itself is great—modern layout, clean common areas, and well-maintained. However, there are major downsides that impact the experience.
There’s no sense of community—no group chat for residents, no events, and little engagement. The leasing office is slow to respond, making simple issues, like correcting my pet fee despite early ESA documentation, unnecessarily drawn out.
The biggest frustration is EV parking. I was assured there was no waitlist before moving in, only to find out... after signing that there actually is one. Meanwhile, non-EVs occupy designated EV spots, and despite promises of availability by the end of January, I’m still waiting with no clear timeline.
While the living space is great, management’s lack of responsiveness and transparency can be frustrating, especially for key amenities like parking.
