Couldn’t recommend living here enough!!
After living at Modera for a few years, I have nothing but great things to say! On top of the fabulous management, the maintenance team has been such a help with any issues we have. Luis and Ed make a great team and we are lucky to have them :)

Everything works properly, the employees are very friendly and welcoming, there are also no problems with parcel delivery
We have been living here for almost half a year and so far everyone is satisfied, we receive emails about all events, but sometimes on holidays or parades it is not clear how to get home by car, because the road to the house is blocked from all sides
