ABSOLUTELY NOT
If you do nothing else, please do your research before moving. Do not be fooled by the in-unit laundry or parking. The walls are paper thin, I mean I can hear my upstairs neighbor use the restroom. My windows rattle when they walk. Speaking of windows, mine do not have locks on them and I live on the first floor. There is mold growing out of the walls that they just paint over (the paint peels off because they use whatever paint). And the worst thing is the ROACHES. Yes, they have roaches. You... don’t notice at first but they are there and no matter what you clean or spray, they still come. I’m a very clean person, like OCD level and they will find a way. I saw one come out of the sink drain. I have a couple months left and I can’t wait to leave. There is always construction during the day so if you WFH, good luck. The apartments are also called Sanderson apartments if you want to see other reviews. I thought I’d found a hidden gem. It had in unit and one parking space. In koreatown that is everything. But I can’t fathom spending another year here.
