Read EVERYTHING!

Before you sign any lease, be sure your ask all the questions your need. I was not aware I would be paying EVERY utility: water, electricity, gas, sewage, and trash. There is a bill from DWP for electricity and sewage, in addition (besides all the bills listed) there is ANOTHER company that charges the building for water heating, water usage, pest control and whatever else random things they've made up. The management company has this place set up a multi-family unit. There should be way more... organization to the trash system, and the number of trash cans provided for residents. There is 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire 20+ unit building. There is little to NO parking around the area so plan for that as well. There are alof of homeless people and street workers in the area, so be cautious to leave NOTHING IN YOUR CAR- they steal very often in this neighborhood!!! Residents are usually quiet, but I will be moving as soon as I can.
