Move Out Disaster
Had a good time living here until the last two months of my lease. Unfortunately when I left there were so many unaddressed issues that make it hard leaving a good review. When my lease was up, I was never given any move out inspection and had to constantly ask them for information about moving out. I also had to ask repeatedly for my security deposit, for them to try to short change it after they didn't get back to me after the required period of time under California Law. Would not rent here... until they get their stuff together. They kept claiming that they were short staffed, which I believe, but that doesn't prevent you from meeting deadlines and helping residences coordinating move in/outs. I was understanding, but with my lack of security deposit still after months of leaving, I am quite upset and would not recommend until they at bare minimum get their act together.
