Disappointing Service
After staying almost two years a the Palazzo East, I have been severely disappointed by the attitude taken by property management, and Andy specifically. The property started significant construction, which was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to stay in the apartment during daylight hours, and he was dismissive of my concerns and came off as rude. He ignored my email communications and did not do anything to help address my concerns regarding the construction restricting my access to... community amenities and the loud noises. I felt that I was not taken seriously, which was extremely disappointing given the premium I am paying to live here. It seems that he and the broader property management have been prioritizing acquiring new residents and are dismissive of residents that are currently residing in the community, especially if they are younger.
After my concerns about the useability of my apartment and the community amenities went ignored, my next communication from the property was to let me know that they are increasing my rent by 10%. I would not recommend staying at an apartment complex that shows such mediocre service and disregard for the tenants, given the price point and branding. You can get better quality for your money.
