Unsafe

What’s the point of paying rent if we’re living in fear. Almost every day there is a break in and management does nothing to provide safety. Packages are constantly getting stolen. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!

Management

Lack of management, no management communication, tenant concerns never resolved. Elevator hasn’t been working for 2 months, troubled “tenants” that management doesn’t take care of that risk the safety of current tenants. Packages get stolen. Management use COVID as an excuse to not attend tenant concerns. The city needs to review this building if it’s considered livable.
