We moved here sight unseen and has its up and down. My wife and i opted for a very small 1 bedroom. The walls are thick and you aren't bothered much by neighbors. The buzzer to open the gate is helpful because it keeps others out, however its very loud if you live on that side of the building. Parking is difficult till you get used to the times and days of which streets have street cleaning and when. Internet is amazing fast and cheap through time warner 300 mbps down. And 1220 all utilities... included is impressive as well. You get what you pay for. There are bigger units for more money of course. I signed a 1 year lease and will be happy here as my first place. I wish this place had a fitness center, parking, and air conditioning in the units. But then again i didn't want to pay 2500-4000 per month. Hence great starter place and you get what you pay for.
