Kentwood Apartments
I lived here for 3 months when we first moved to Napa. The management was terrible. Once the water was shut off and no one could give me information when it would be back for hours. When we moved out they did not refund our pet deposit. I left the apartment cleaner than I found it. We have tried multiple times to contact Prime Group, but they have not been responsive.

Couldn't have picked a better place
Kentwood has the most caring staff I've ever seen. They're willing to work around your financial situation if you have good credit/know someone with good credit. When there is a problem big (a water main breaks) or small (closet door comes off the track) it gets solved in a timely manner (a day or less). I would give five stars if it wasn't for the fact my fiancé's bike seat got stolen and the kids in the neighborhood are generally unsupervised by their parents and are out of control.

Kentwood apts
I have lived in this complex off and on for many yrs,when my kids were in school.I always had a good location- near the pool- or out back where its very quiet-.I had moved to another town for 4 yrs-- when I came back to Napa.This was the first place I looked at. I'm still living here..

Nice but expensive
Kentwood apartments offer "luxury" apartments in Napa. Unfortunately there is not much luxury to them.
The pros:
Pretty well kept
New appliances when I moved in
Very Nice office Staff
The cons:
Consistently change rent to rip off new coming renters.
More expensive than value at hand.
Could get more bang for your buck elsewhere.
Overall I would say that Kentwood is not a place to live alone. A 1 bedroom might be reasonable split by 2 incomes from a couple but it is just too much for... too little.
