How Is This Rating Determined?

poorly managed building

This building unfortunately, has a lot of plumbing problems and faulty elevators. They have been trying to repair the plumbing for the past 2 years and they constantly have to do repairs. After four years they are finally renovating one of the three elevators that were operating in the building. Save your money and move somewhere that will be more comfortable. They need a new management company and completely change the maintenance staff

The building is beautiful on the outside but when you grt close and experience it in detail you quickly understand this building needs a major overhaul. From the elevators not working consistently to the management's complete lack of communication, to the parking garage constantly being flooded due to plumbing issues, there are way better options for a much cheaper price.

While the living experience at NOHO14 is generally positive, and could be significantly enhanced by addressing a single issue . the prompt repair of the east elevator.

project is scheduled for September 2025 to install brand-new elevator systems throughout the property. This upgrade is a major step toward improving the reliability, safety, and overall resident experience.
