The building is beautiful on the outside but when you grt close and experience it in detail you quickly understand this building needs a major overhaul. From the elevators not working consistently to the management's complete lack of communication, to the parking garage constantly being flooded due to plumbing issues, there are way better options for a much cheaper price.

While the living experience at NOHO14 is generally positive, and could be significantly enhanced by addressing a single issue . the prompt repair of the east elevator.

As noted in our most recent monthly newsletter, we’re pleased to share that a capital improvement... project is scheduled for September 2025 to install brand-new elevator systems throughout the property. This upgrade is a major step toward improving the reliability, safety, and overall resident experience.

Emma in the front office is a gem! She went above and beyond in the most patient and professional way! She was so responsive and made the entire process so seamless! Kiera is also so sweet and welcoming and gave a great tour of the building with lots of knowledge about the area! My friend who’s lived here for years loves it here and I see why! I’m now so excited to call NoHo14 home. My apartment is gorgeous and my views are beautiful!
