If noise is not an issue to you then welcome home! If it is then don’t bother. There are constant loud disturbances in the courtyard as well as the entire apartment complex. This consists of but not limited to: yelling, screaming (high pitched piercing sound) along with the kicking of a ball against the building that sounds like a loud bang (I still can’t figure out how that is allowed, as it can break a window or hurt someone walking by). Tenants monopolize the courtyard as well as block the... stairway, making it challenging to get to your apartment, get the mail, walk to the laundry room while carrying a laundry basket, take out the garbage or come home with groceries, etc. Even if tenants are not outside disturbing the entire complex, you can hear yelling, thumping and other loud disturbances coming from their unit (even if you are inside and your windows are closed). And if you are unfortunate to live above or below said tenants, good luck, you will be greatly disturbed all hours of the day and night. Say good-bye to your sleep. Tenants act like this is their own personal house and they can be loud and disturb others with no consequences. If the on-site manager enforced rules for everyone, this could be a peaceful place to call home. But instead she ignores complaints and the issues that have engulfed this complex for the past several years. I have spoken to multiple tenants in this complex and they share the same frustrations. There have been tenants that have moved out because of these constant loud disturbances. I have also noticed that tenants don’t stay very long anymore. They move in and as soon as their lease is up, they move out. Tenants used to stay longer and were respectful of one another. I am not seeing that here anymore. As a tenant, you have the right to “quiet enjoyment” of your rental unit. You don’t get that here. Good tenants are not valued here. In addition to the constant disturbances, the neighborhood has gone down-hill with old couches, old mattresses, old furniture and trash on the sidewalk. This building is really old with old pipes, which results in the water being turned off frequently for “emergency” plumbing repairs. If you are looking for tranquility and a relaxing place to call home, you will be happier elsewhere. As a reminder, you have the right to “quiet enjoyment” of your rental unit. You will not get that here.

The building is very noisy, kids are always play in the apartment yard. Walkways are too narrow, if they hit somebody, could cause a big trouble,They run in the laundry room and under our feet too. Some familie's guests, relatives grandkids or friends visit them, they all throw the kids out. They use the building as a park. Manager is very mean,She always ignors the tenants problems. Even though she is an on site manager, usually she is not in the building. All the nice and quite families stay... short time than they move out. The building's location is perfect but living in the building is awful.
