Poor Service
My fiancé and I are looking for an apartment and I made an appointment online to view a 1 bed 1 bath. I arrive to the office on time for my appointment and it was closed. Someone arrived after us and turns out they were there to open the office. She gave us a very dry goodmorning (not welcoming at all) and passed by us without telling us anything else. She came back outside and said to take a seat while she used the restroom. After about 5 min of waiting on top of us waiting outside. She asked... what we’re looking for, I stood up which then lead her to inviting us to her desk. I said i was interested in a 1 bed 1 bath and she takes forever looking something up on her computer, tells me she’s going to get a copy and she’d be back. She comes back said she’s not sure if they have 1 bed 1 bath available. Tells me she’s going to make sure, she walks away. Comes back and said she doesn’t have any available. IT WAS A WAIST OF MY TIME. If they let me know a head of time i wouldn’t have even bothered. So glad I don’t live here. Poor customer service overall.
