From the first day I walked into Citrine Hills for a tour, the staff was welcoming and willing to show me a model. They were upfront about all the financials and process regarding my unit of interest. I haven't lived in an apartment in over 25 years. Due to recent life changes, I found myself here at the Citrine Apartments and I "feel at home". I was also gifted Starbuck's cards on my move-in day. Love it! :-)

We have had our first maintenance issue arise from a water leak from our neighbors above. This was purely an accident as things just happen and of no negligence of our leasing and maintenance team.
Their response was impeccable from start to finish! I called maintenance and left a message about the standing water in my kitchen and laundry room. Within 5 minutes I had a call back, and in less than 10 minutes a maintenance team member was assessing the situation. They replaced our water heater,... removed all the damaged drywall (and dried it out completely to prevent further issues). The next morning the drywall was replaced and painted to where you can't even tell any work was done! And finally, a maintenance team member came today to do a final inspection to make sure it was in good shape and that we were happy.
We have lived at Citrine Hills for less than a year but look forward to this being our home for years to come.
