I have lived here with my partner for almost 4 years in 2 different apartments. This place is beautiful, a lot of care goes into the landscaping and planning of the community. The maintenance crew is amazing, the only time I've ever seen trash on the ground was after a windstorm and even then, it was picked up within 2 days. The office staff is very caring and quick to help when you have a problem. As I mentioned, maintenance is amazing. If you put in a request, they come to fix the issue within... 2 days. We had a dryer go out in our unit and they quickly replaced it. For someone who moved here from Los Angeles, that's a quick turnaround, especially with a complex so big. Emma, Christine, Holly and Michelle do a great job! We will miss them. We're only moving because we bought a house. The in-unit laundry is a Godsend as is the garage. I couldn't think of a more pleasant place to live. Thank you for making this place so special.

Don't move here
Horrible place to live. Management doesn't care. The cleaning is so minimal that when you move in, you have to clean yourself. The kitchen and bathroom doors aren't painted. Instead they are covered with fake covers that peel up if you get them wet. Also don't ever wipe the kitchen island sides. The painters use latex paint so it automatically peels up. Not to mention, everything creaks because they have termite issues but never address them ....

There were huge, loud parties Saturday night that finished at 4 am. Security as usual did not care, same with parking. If you report parking to security, arbors chooses to ignore the problem!!! They do tho because they want people to move in quickly and move out just as quick. Arbors workers get BONUSES for doing this. They do not want people to enjoy quiet living! They prefer criminals and loud partying residents to normal family living. You can see on the reviews how much they charge people... when they move out - THOUSANDS. They overcharge for cleaning, painting, and replace Carpets even when someone lives there only for a few months! That's how they make money.

Move on please
We lived at Arbors Parc Rose for a little over a year and it's the worst experience ever. Maintenance crew is the only good thing. They have also made a business out of keeping everyone's security deposit and charge even more. I took them to court and won a 100% court fees. However, I now have to put a lien on the property to get them to pay. Please save yourself the trouble and money and look somewhere else.

Unlivable Place - Please Finally Fix the Problems
People here will park in front of your driveway and refuse to move out of the way, they'll park in no-parking zones while at the same time blocking you. These are common problems that the office never does anything about. The biggest problem is the people who never stop partying and wake up everybody, they move from one corner to the next so that they spread their noise as effectively as possible. We informed the management that they're hopeless and don't know what they're doing, because the... problems never go away. The problems are ongoing, stemming from before we even moved in. This is the noisiest place we've ever lived in, the management ignores our issues, and the environment of the complex is unsafe and full of vulgar words, drug abuse, and violence. The move-in cost us a lot, but even so, we cannot wait to move out as soon as possible. The place is so unsafe that they should put cameras on every building.
