Best place in the Riverpark area!

We love it here! We live right next to the park and the pool. The office staff will always help us whenever we need help and the maintenance guys are very accommodating with our schedule. We're going on our fourth year living here.!

love this place

I just renewed my lease because Serenade has been such a wonderful experience. I almost never have to get in my car because I can just walk over to The Collection to run my errands and it’s so nice laying out by the pool with my laptop while I work! The office staff is the friendliest and my dogs love the courtyard. Excited for another year of this!

Worth it

Was hesitate because I saw the reviews but I took a chance because they had a new team and I did not experience what I read. I was assured I'd have a smooth stay, which I did. My move out process was the easiest; this is what I was most concerned about but they really were great and communicative.

I would've stayed potentially another 13 months but husband work is relocating us. Beautiful property!

Renters Beware!!

**Renters Beware** The move-out experience was unacceptable. My wife and I were charged for pre-existing damages to windows, borders, and plumbing that we had documented with photos at move-in and reported through maintenance requests that were never resolved. We were also charged again for utilities already paid with the final rent.

When we requested invoices and proper documentation, we were only sent photos—not the legally required receipts. We tried calling twice about the deposit and never… received a response. Yet, after leaving an honest review, the leasing manager immediately called only to shout, accuse us of lying, and hang up, then followed with a hostile email.

We are actively trying to work with higher-ups regarding this stressful dispute.The unprofessional handling of security deposits and retaliatory behavior from management completely overshadowed the experience
