They will increase your rent every year.

Buildings are old. Walls and ceilings are not sound proof. Appliances are cheap and low grade.Elevator is scary and jerking all the time. Then they will increase your rent about every year. Management is not flexible about contracts and do not give you a break with the rent. And now the oak creek drive with those ugly bars on the side of the road feels like you are in a cage.Management do not communicate until when these ugly bars will stay there. There is no way you can walk on the side of... the creek any more. Staff in the club house are stingy and do not listen to any suggestions or complains in the suggestion box. Breakfast on Sunday morning is awful noting but stale sweats.

Doesn't look like they are looking for renters.

Was trying to schedule an appointment at 5.30 pm (the office work hours are until 6pm), but got a reply that this is too late for the lady on the phone, the latest she can do is 4.30 (because the tour will take 30 minutes and then she needs to lock the office).
It doesn't sound like she was interested too meet us at all.

Cons - Expensive! Pros - location, location, location...

Buildings are dated but well maintained. There is a lot of street noise 24/7 if you are on the Sand Hill Road side of the complex.
