Very nice but expensive. Close to campus but there is no sidewalk to campus or stores within walking distance which makes it difficult to get around.

Love the amenities and great pricing! The room are spacious and homey. The study rooms and always clean and the gym is still looking brand new.

Overcharge on utilities, unorganized with rent payments, money hungry with college students?!?!?!, do not compromise and solve problems with residents, unprofessional.
