Living here has been incredibly disappointing. They keep adding new charges—like a trash system implemented eight months after we moved in, requiring us to get two extra trash cans we don’t need. Maintenance is awful. The sink has broken three times and is currently stuck with no water. The oven took a month to fix, the washer and dryer won’t stop shaking, and the pool was closed for months due to low chlorine, only reopening when it was too cold to swim.
The much-advertised on-site grocery... market was a major selling point, but it’s still nonexistent. Security is questionable, and the lockout number is unreliable they often don’t answer. Staff can be rude and clueless. I get hiring students, but they should at least know what’s going on.
Living here feels like paying more for less. Constant issues, broken promises, and unresponsive management make this place impossible to recommend. Avoid it if you want peace of mind and good service.
