Move-in Experience

My experience with the staff moving- in has been great. The management team, Erika, is such a nice person, and Breonna is too. We got the $1000 move-in special, all thanks to the manager, Stephine. We learned that the present management is excellently maintaining the apartment. We like the apartment and hope we enjoy our stay here.

I Love It Here

First of all, the property and staff is really nice. Jourdan was very helpful with my entire move in process. Her communication, follow up, and professionalism was outstanding. I like how every detail of the community was explained and the maintenance guy was very helpful. I feel really comfortable living here, so far so good. Oh, and the valet trash service is a nice touch!

Pretty good but has its issues

I'm currently on the 4th floor and as far as the apartment quality goes, it's pretty nice, everything was clean when we moved in. Plenty of open space and great for sunlight.

Unfortunately, we have had problems with ants (easily solved thanks to comet and ant traps), parking issues GALORE (we've had issues of overcrowded parking leading people to steal "empty" spots.

When moving in, we weren't informed that we needed to have gas and water/electricity accounts made ahead of time. About our 2nd...
week here, management started a valet trash service which is nice. BUT there's no way to opt out and it can take a few days for your trash to actually be picked up. Paint chips easily, wall is surprisingly malleable.

Management was very helpful during the move in but has since been very hard to get a hold of. Unsure if this is due to the pandemic or overall quality.

As an aside: Check to have the air filters changed before you move in, found out about halfway through the lease that the vent filters hadn't been changed since the last tennant.

Apartment itself- great, management here - not so much...

We love the apartment itself, the area is great, the property is kept clean, overall very satisfied with it. But unfortunately, with everything we love here, dealing with management here at the leasing office really takes away from the whole experience to the point of overall dissatisfaction.

We reserved our unit over 2 months before move-in day, which you would think would be enough time to have everything ready for us upon arrival. Not at all. All the dates were wrong on the welcome letter...
and lease. They neglected to inform us about setting up the utilities, electricity, and parcel pending services until the last possible second to do so. We were without parking spots leaving us to just park outside of the property until they figured it out. As of now, we are paying for an extra spot due to us having two vehicles, and until they get that figured out the second spot is out of the property gate, in through another gate, and across the street from our building because they are unable to follow through with communicating with whoever they need to to get us a reasonable spot.

The apartment offers a valet trash service which is definitely a big plus though... right? Well it would be if they had a valet trash bin for us. At the time of writing this review (we've been living here for 2 weeks now)we still don't have one, even with our multiple attempts at contacting the leasing office to follow up. Most of the time they simply don't answer our calls or return voicemails. When they do, they do not follow through with whatever they say, and when we call again a few days later, it's like starting the whole process over again. It's not like we are calling and rudely complaining to them at all, we are just calling them to follow up about the things that they said they would have ready for us.

Besides that, the place is fine. Good luck with the parking situation though if you do decide to live here. Also there's a lot of homeless people that go through the dumpster, but if you have the valet trash like you're supposed to, it shouldn't really be a thing you notice. Hopefully you all have better luck than us here.

Not worth the price in a pandemic

THINGS I DISLIKED ABOUT LIVING HERE
1. COCKROACHES, COCKROACHES, COCKROACHES. There was a pest infestation because of the grills not being cleaned after being used by others and surprise surprise cockroaches made their way all over the place. The metro did very little to deal with this and I wouldn't be surprised if it was a common occurrence. I despise bugs especially roaches. My apartment is kept clean so why do i have to deal with pests because a luxury apartment cant be bothered to clean the...
common spaces?
2. HOMELESS PROBLEMS. Look, other people being without a home during a global pandemic in riverside county, that's not a surprise at all. As someone who comes from humble beginnings I empathize with the homeless but they dig through the communal dumpsters and leave garbage everywhere! It's not an isolated incident either the same homeless guy is there every morning around 6am like CLOCKWORK. Honestly this guy might as well be advertised as coming with the place at this point. Save your bottles and cans for him and maybe he wont make a huge mess of your garbage looking for them lmao.
3. There's not enough parking. Parking spaces are assigned so no problem right? There's literally only two guest parking spots though so what could go wrong? Well people park in your assigned spot all the time that's what could go wrong! Food delivery people, UPS FEDX people, random guests, you name it they will take your spot while you're at work or shopping for groceries. Call the tow truck then? You can but it wont stop it from happening over and over and over again. If you like having to deal with the hassle of towing people so you can go home after a long day of work then no big deal, but i'd rather not deal with it.
4. Stuff only sorta works. Parking keyfab? replaced twice in a 6 month period. Smart home system? Doesn't come with the code to use and they don't have the code so congrats on your useless hindrance?
4.2 Maintenance is nice enough but they don't wear masks during a global pandemic and instead of fixing the aforementioned smart home system after it triggered the intruder alarm. Easy fix right? have maintenance reset it. They tore it out of the wall and called it a day.
TLDR: The rent is too high live elsewhere.
