THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!
The property managers here are a useless! The pool is green, the grass is brown, there's trash everywhere, and none of the washing machines work and homeless people are always digging through the trash at night. When I first moved in there was still trash left in the kitchen cabinets from previous people living there. The oven and stove were broken, the carpet had stains and the bathroom sink was dirty. I tried to get in contact with the property manager multiple times but she was always gone... and never answered her phone. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here!! Save your time and money and live somewhere else!!

Rosa mind Village Apartments
My wife and have been in this one bedroom apartment for about two months now. It was the best we could do. It is so expensive here in California, that being said I am military. We pay 750 dollars a month and have our first child on the way. It isn't exactly the dream apartment or home to live in ideely but it's what we can barely afford. And the pool never gets cleaned. We havnt swam in it once because it has been dark green all summer and got cleaned once only with chemicals instead of... completely draining it like it definitely needed.

Not bad, not excellent.
Good prices for the area, coverage by Charter, decent units.
Kitchens are massive and spacious, but very little counter space. That's a new one, for me.
Floors creak in some places, and the walls are relatively thin (you can hear knocks, like someone putting a heavy pot on the counter, but not normal speech or anything).
No w/d hookups, which is a plus for some and a minus for others.
And having to pay rent via money order is inconvenient; what year is this?
Other than that, though, I have... no complaints at all.
The family that manages the place is fair and military-friendly, and the one-bedroom units are awesome (I live in a 2br). The place is nice and quiet, usually. Parking is covered in most spots. Pool is nice. No utility issues or issues with other tenants.
Since it's the only real option in the area, you'd expect them to be worse, but it's a pretty decent place to live.
