We just moved into our apartment and there were minor things that needed to be fixed. Both Dave (or David) and Erik were quick to fix the issues and were very nice! So glad that they were efficient and on top of handling the issues.

The Missions at Rio Vista is conveniently located to everything and Fashion Valley Mall. It is a beautiful apartment home. It is very spacious and completed renovated! I love the office staff and the community.

Horrible. Loved here a little over a year. Break ins, homeless all over the property. Homeless take baths in the jacuzzi. The office refuses to up the security and instead relies on maintenance crew to do it. Mail room has been broken into 3 times in the last 8 months. If you have a family or care about safety. Don’t live here
