Nob Hill is so beautiful, it's hard to believe that people actually live here. But they do...and you can too. Hotels, boutiques, and fine dining spots top the lofty locale. The Top of the Mark, Keiko á Nob Hill and Soda Popinsksi's are just a few... local favorites that give the area its fizz. Nob Hill is the ideal base for exploration. North Beach, Chinatown, Union Square, Financial District - it's all downhill from here. Living just minutes from great restaurants and bars in the heart of Nob Hill isn't the only "wow" factor at 665 Pine. Apartments offer large bay windows, filling the space with plenty of natural light, hardwood floors, built-ins, and some with walk-in closets. The studio apartments offer an extra breakfast nook or workspace. Shared amenities include on-site laundry and an elevator. The extra space and proximity to Huntington Park, make this an ideal location for your furry friend. This unit is a rental unit subject to the San Francisco Rent Ordinance, which limits evictions without just cause, and which states that any waiver by a tenant of their rights under the Rent Ordinance is void as contrary to public policy.

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Think they are letting homeless people live here and there might be a few squatters. Management has left tenants totally in the dark here. It's a great location and many of the people are pleasant and everything else is pretty solid. When I go downstairs to do laundry, I often see grocery carts of homeless people, weird guys waiting outside the building trying to get in, a person who seems to squatting that walks around the apartment with a giant... stick. Totally insane stuff with how much I pay for rent. Could be a great apartment if they took tenant conduct seriously.
