**Warning: Do Not Live Here!**
Living at this property was, without a doubt, the worst experience of my life. I am not exaggerating. The units are plagued by black mold and faulty appliances. Before even stepping inside, you have to navigate through groups of people doing drugs right outside the building. Once inside, you're met with filth, flies, rats, and an unsettling atmosphere filled with shady individuals. Shockingly, all of these issues pale in comparison to the nightmare that is the... management.
I have lived in numerous cities and properties, but never have I encountered a management team so unresponsive and indifferent to tenant concerns. Yes, the units are large, but that space is not worth the countless issues you'll be forced to deal with—and you *will* encounter issues.
In my entire time living here, I received a single helpful response, and that was only because someone else was temporarily filling in for the manager. As soon as the manager returned, it was back to complete silence.
To make matters worse, after I suffered a serious accident that left me unable to use the unit due to its stairs, my doctors provided documentation asking for accommodations. Management ignored me for weeks, then finally responded, refusing to make any exceptions or modifications. I was forced to pay a fee to terminate my lease, which I was more than happy to do just to escape this terrible situation.
I lived here for only four months, and that was four months too many. I strongly advise against living here—do not make the same mistake I did.

My car has now been broken into twice in the supposedly secured garage in the complex. The garage doors hardly ever work. Packages always get stolen. The management also does nothing to help with these issues. I would not live here!

Packages are constantly stolen despite the cameras. Management is not helpful in solving problems or taking responsibility. People throw their dog poop in the indoor recycling bin and or let their dog urinate in the mailroom/lobby. Cars in the street are constantly broken into, not a very safe neighborhood for petty crime.

There are other reasons why I would not recommend living here, but safety is the most important one.
You will always worry about your packages being stolen or mishandled. Drunk homeless people wandering the hallways. Cars get broken into since the gate brakes often. Your car will be broken into if you park in the alley behind the building.
There will also always be disruptive construction going inside or outside of the building.
These things have been issues for months/years and continue to... happen.
Building management avoids responsibility and will reply with something disingenuous without concrete solutions. Its a great place to live if you don't spend time at home.
You can find a better place to rip you off if you have to live in soma

I have lived here for 1.5 years. After locking us into a 1-year lease in August 2021, they told us that there would be construction in the building from October 2021 until 2023. Would not have signed if I had known. Management fails to even notify residents when to expect noise.
Also, most of my packages have been stolen.
