The building is relatively new and looks nice, but management is very unresponsive. Also after a very rainy week, my entire unit began leaking water from underneath the floorboards and there were bubbles of water behind the paint on the walls. I called the emergency maintenance line and never heard back the entire day (Sunday). The next morning I told the person working the front desk and they told me this was “much more common than you’d think” and they did not take my issues seriously at all... until I was very insistent. I’ve only been here for a couple months and I’ve already had multiple communication issues and now this. Not to mention the fire alarm goes off randomly at least once a month if not more. I wouldn’t recommend living here
