Extremely loud because of bad construction

This place is NOISY. Like living above a dive bar that blasts music. I moved out because the noise levels were interfering with my sleep.

I didn't intend to write a badmouthing review of this apartment complex. However, I saw online reviews from number of residents having similar experiences to me.

Unprofessional & unfavorable atmosphere

I will never recommend this apartment. I lived one year in this apartment and this is the worst one I'd ever lived. As soon as the contract was expired, I decided to move out from here. You had better think about the other choice. The reasons are as follows;

Building management always ignores or delays requests which are inconvenient and/or unfavorable to them

Noisy atmosphere because of poor building structure (annoyed even by the footsteps of the neighbors)

So many flies in front of the… entrance

Nasty smells because of the surrounding area
