One Thousand Powell Apartments

This is a perfect building if you want to live within walking distance of the financial district and have easy access to the Polk Street bars, North Beach, and the Marina.This building is at the top of Nob Hill and offers sweeping views of the financial district and the bay. It is a charming mid-rise with a beautiful lobby. Some units in the building are old and some are newly remodeled. The building has two very kind and helpful managers. The grounds are always kept clean as well. My only... complaint is that it's a little loud during the nights- the neighborhood is quiet but the garbage truck comes around every night and early morning. Other than that, I love my newly remodeled studio.
