Frequent Mid night false fire alarms
I'm disappointed to share my experience living in this apartment complex. Despite its potential, frequent issues with false fire alarms and elevator malfunctions have made our stay unbearable.
The false fire alarms, often occurring at midnight, have disrupted our sleep and caused undue stress. In just a few months, we've experienced over 10 false alarms, mostly at night. This is unacceptable, especially for families with small children who need a peaceful environment to sleep.
Given these... recurring problems, I strongly advise against this apartment complex for families, particularly those with small children. While the location and amenities may be appealing, the constant disruptions and safety concerns outweigh any benefits.
Management needs to address these issues promptly to ensure a comfortable and secure living environment for residents. Until then, I would explore other options.
