Staff is horrible

The cleaning lady doesn’t clean. There is always urine and trash in the hallways and stairwells. The maintenance people are lazy. They’re always talking and hanging around never doing their job. Management doesn’t care about complaints about them because their friends.

Been here 10years

Pros: Good people live here. No pedophiles can live here. They keep the landscaping nice. They have BBQ pits in 3 convenient locations. They have two playgrounds, one for big kids, one for the little ones. They have rubber bark so the kids don’t get hurt. The weight room is decent with two treadmills, two ellipticals, two stationary bikes, 4 weight machines, and a wall of mirrors if you’d like to do Zumba by yourself, and with maybe 1-2 people behind you as long as you’re all in a single... file line. They have outdoor exercise structures. The half basketball court is nice for my boys to practice on. The pool is 5’ max deep and big. The rent is affordable. The Management is nice. Thumbs up for them. Besides my dryer, they keep things running well around here. They try to keep good people here and try to rid the bad ones.
Cons: I wish they would power wash the hallways and staircases once in a while. It’s never been done, ever. The walls and hallways are dirty. After a few years, they finally replaced the missing pins for the weight machines. I wish the outdoor shower rinse near the pool worked. The gate is constantly breaking. Sometimes it takes them a few months to fix, sometimes only a couple of weeks. Our washer and dryer don’t work properly. They keep trying to fix it. They still haven’t gotten it up to par. The washer guy came (not regular maintenance men) and mentioned that these washer and dryers are not good ones. I wish they’d clean off the bad words off of the play structures. They took out the TV’s in the weight room. Visitor parking is a pain. People from other apartments sneak and park here also so visitors need to park at the lightrail station and you need to pick them up. Wish they’d replace the missing net on the basketball hoop, it’s like less than $5. It’s along side the freeway so it gets real dusty here. You have to clean and vacuum a lot more than normal. Not sure what it does to the lungs ??.
A little more cons than pros but I still really like it here.

Nice Affordable Living

subsidized apartments that are well maintained and modern. 4 Large buildings that can feel like you're living in an hotel. Having to recertify every year to qualify to live here is a bummer. However, overall it's a nice place to live.
