Its a very old building with charm but also lots of problems. My advice is to not avoid the red flags. The leasing manager definitely told me things would be fixed and refinished before move in and they weren't. Then with covid it took months. My bathroom was leaking brown water from the ceiling and walls and I was forced to not be home for 2 weeks (without compensation) The final straw for me was the break ins.
