Noise + Marijuana smoke
Lots of noise in the evening. On top of that, you can frequently sense a strong marijuana smell. Not a pleasant experience.

Imperial gardens
New owners tok over about 2 years ago. They have increased the rent every year after that. And the have cut services. Our pool has not been cleaned in the last year. Not a great place to live.
